"Should the Food and Drug Administration be able to give drug approvals more often, then yank them if later data don’t bear out the benefits? Forbes contributor Avik Roy made exactly that argument in a recent paper for the Manhattan Institute, an industry-funded, conservative think tank where he is a senior fellow.
